Blooms Garden Center is looking for candidates to add to our new business endeavor: Bistro @ Blooms.
Bistro has one goal and it’s a large yet attainable goal: to be a destination. In order to fulfill this goal, our customer service, menu items, pastries and coffee are to be top tier. We want our employees to have the same passion that we do about bringing people excellent food items, coffees, and customer service. The following positions currently available-
Barista:
For our barista positions, we are looking for individuals who are outgoing, friendly, have excellent customer service and is knowledgeable in handcrafting beverages. This position works in collaboration with the General Manager of the Bistro as well as other department managers.
The ideal candidate is an expert in handcrafting delicious, perfect beverages, is collaborative, has excellent communication and customer service skills. Baristas personally connect and create moments that make a difference and work together to create a welcoming store environment.
Full and part-time positions available, compensation will commensurate with experience.
Baker:
For our bakery positions, we are looking for outgoing, confident, and creative individuals to serve as full-time and part-time bakers. This position works in collaboration with the General Manager of the Bistro as well as other department managers. You will be in charge of the preparation and baking of all baked good for the Bistro.
The ideal candidate is creative and collaborative with exceptional communication skills and a passion for baking and food service.
Compensation will commensurate with experience.
Line Cook:
For our line cook position, we are looking for line cooks to prepare food specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting with all their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction. This position works in collaboration with the General Manager of the Bistro as well as other department managers.
